Terms and End User License Agreement

These terms govern your use of Evidence Studio, provided by Mars Studio Creative Tools.

License

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Evidence Studio within Adobe Express for your personal or business work.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the designs, source information, links, evidence passages, and review decisions you use or create. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for that material and comply with applicable laws and Adobe's terms.

Evidence status

Evidence Studio organizes user-supplied sources and assessments. It does not independently verify objective truth and does not provide legal, financial, medical, scientific, or compliance advice. Review important claims with qualified professionals and authoritative sources before publication.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the add-on, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, or use it unlawfully.

Availability

The add-on is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mars Studio disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mars Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for publication decisions made from source assessments. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Evidence Studio at any time. This license ends if you materially breach these terms.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
