Privacy notice

This notice explains how Evidence Studio, provided by Mars Studio Creative Tools, handles information.

Information processed

Evidence Studio reads text in the open Adobe Express design to identify measurable statements. It also processes source titles, publishers, publication dates, HTTPS links, evidence passages, and review decisions that you enter.

Where information stays

Design text, source records, and review decisions remain in the add-on's browser storage. Compact claim identifiers, linked-source identifiers, and status markers may be stored with the relevant Adobe Express text nodes. A Sources page contains only the source information you explicitly choose to add to the design.

No publisher collection

Evidence Studio does not send design text, source records, review decisions, or downloaded reports to Mars Studio or another third-party content service. It does not require an Evidence Studio account and does not use advertising trackers.

Adobe services

Adobe Express hosts the add-on and the document. Adobe's handling of account and document information is governed by Adobe's own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

Browser-stored records remain until add-on storage is cleared in Adobe Express or browser site data is removed. Markers and generated Sources pages remain with the Adobe Express document until they are removed from that document.

Children

Evidence Studio is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
