Review a design's evidence.

1. Scan the design

Open the design in Adobe Express and launch Evidence Studio. Select Scan design to review text on every page. The audit lists statements with measurable language, including numbers, dates, currency, rankings, growth, and decline.

2. Add sources

Open Sources. Add a concise title and a complete HTTPS link. Publisher, publication date, and a supporting passage provide better context for reviewers.

3. Link and assess

Return to Audit. Choose a source and record whether it supports, conflicts with, or is insufficient for the claim. Use Review needed when the decision is not complete.

4. Recheck edited text

Scan again after copy changes. A linked claim whose text node changed returns to Review needed, so the evidence can be checked against the latest wording.

5. Prepare the report

Open Report to view status totals. Create a Sources page inside the design or download a CSV containing the page, claim, source, status, and review time.

What the status means

Evidence status captures your assessment of a selected source. Evidence Studio does not certify that a statement is objectively true and does not replace professional editorial, legal, scientific, or compliance review.
